We expect our guests to use the apartments respectful and without disturbance for the owner and other guests.
A couple of things we want to mention specifically:
– Under no circumstances may the apartments be sub-rented or given to third parties –
– You are alowed visitors in the rented apartment as long as they do not stay overnight and as long as their visit doesn’t lead to disturbance for the owner and other guests –
– Smoking and pets are not allowed –
– Payments can be made in advance by bank transfer or upon arrival by credit/debit card or in cash. –
We are flexible and try to be of service where possible in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
